Training Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to own a BioMeridian system to come to a BioMeridian training?
Yes, you will need to own or have access to a BioMeridian system in order to attend training.
Do I need to bring my system with me to class?
Yes, you will need to bring your system with you to class. We believe in a hands-on approach to our training courses, and our attendees will actually be doing testing in class. If you are attending a Utah training, our corporate office will provide a monitor, keyboard, and mouse for you use. If you are attending a training outside of the state of Utah, you will need to bring your monitor, keyboard, and mouse if you are a Vantage user, or your laptop if you are a Professional user.
How long do they usually run?
Classes run from 8 A.M. to 5:30 P.M both Friday and Saturday unless otherwise specified. Equipment setup time is from 8:00 – 8:15 A.M.
Will there be food served?
If you attend a class at our Utah corporate office, we will provide lunch. Please let us know if you have any food allergies prior to your arrival. If you are attending outside of Utah, please check with our training coordinator, Connor Cottle at (801) 208-6957.
Do I need to bring a printer?
No, you will not need to bring a printer to any of our training courses.
Do I need to have the most recent version of the software?
Yes, you will need to have the latest software on your system before you attend training. Please check the downloads portion of our website for updates to MSAS 2008. If your software is prior to MSAS 2008, the most recent version is available for purchase ($25) and download via email. Please call Connor Cottle at (801) 208-6957 to purchase.
